This course is complementary to a cadaver training for gynecologists in training. The target audience is the more experienced resident, aiming to learn more advanced laparoscopic surgery. 

The main learning aims are:

1) laparoscopic anatomy of the retroperitineum

2) surgical procedures, namely the hysterectomy, myomectmie and mass extraction techniques

3) complications, namely leasions of the intestine, bladder, ureter and vacular injuries
